Manufacturing Process
Each standard motor is built through a 12-step manufacturing process at our Odhav facility. Starting with precision-stamped CRGO silicon steel laminations, the stator core is stacked and compressed under hydraulic press to minimize air gaps. Winding is done by experienced technicians using electrolytic-grade copper wire, with each coil tested for insulation resistance (minimum 100 MΩ) before assembly.

Installation Guidelines
- Verify that the motor nameplate voltage, frequency, and speed match your power supply and application requirements before installation
- Mount the motor on a flat, rigid baseplate or foundation using all four foot bolts — tighten to the recommended torque values for the frame size

Warranty Information
All Sun Star Motors™ standard induction motors carry a 12-month warranty from the date of dispatch, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
