The Sun Star B5 flange mounted motor features a large circular flange on the drive end with through-holes (non-threaded) and a precision spigot for centering. The driven equipment's input flange is bolted to the motor flange using through-bolts and nuts.

B5 flange motor production adds CNC machining of the large flange face and spigot to our standard motor manufacturing process. Flange flatness is verified to within 0.05mm across the full face.
